Keeping the ARTS alive at Lake of the Ozarks

The Ozark Brush & Palette Club is an organization of dedicated artists that maintains a continuous gallery on the first and second floors of the First National Bank in Camdenton. All works are for sale unless marked otherwise. A special exhibit includes the Dogwood Festival Art Show and Sale in April.

The Art Club meetings are held the first Thursday evening of each month (except January & February), at the United Methodist Church of Camdenton on West 54 at 7:00 pm. Ribbons are awarded paintings in the Gold, Blue, Red and White categories. Photos of winning artists and paintings are submitted to the Lake Sun Leader newspaper for publication, space permitting. A program is presented on various arts Media, refreshments are served and guests are always welcome.

Workshops in various media are given several times a year by accomplished artists. The Club is active in various community projects, such as Arts in the Park and helping to collect food and donations for the Lamb House.
